THREE young Perth men are facing serious charges over an alleged prank at their workplace last night left customers terrified.
Police will allege the three men, aged 19, 20 and 22-years-old, went to their workplace, a fast food restaurant in Perth’s eastern suburbs, about 9pm last night.

One of the men was wearing a load-bearing vest with a replica gun in it when one of the other alleged pranksters who was wearing a balaclava pulled the replica gun out of the vest and waved it at their manager in the Cloverdale outlet.
The third man, who was wearing black gloves and ski goggles watched on as the alleged prank took place.
“No threats were made to the staff members who recognised that it was their workmates and knew it was a prank,” police spokeswoman Susan Usher said.
“But customers in the store didn’t know what was happening and called police.”
The three men have been charged with being armed in a way that may cause fear and will appear in court on August 30.
